These withdrawal instructions apply to consumers who buy Credits or Premium subscriptions through the website operated by ERSATO UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ERSATO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) at kontakt@ersa.to by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
For digital content and digital services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will expire, and we have fully performed the contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
